LocalMaps supports  LocalMaps IoT Layers allow you to build a layer WaterML2 is a standard information model in Hydrology which can be used to exchange many kinds of hydro-meteorological observations and measurements. Through the use of existing OGC standards, it aims at being an interoperable exchange format that may be re-used to address a range of exchange requirements. 

Hilltop software is used in New Zealand by regional councils, electricity companies and consulting engineers for storing and analysing environmental data. The IoT Layers section in LocalMaps allows you to generate a hosted feature layer within ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS that is pull data from Hilltop Server and create a new hosted feature layer to view and query in your webmaps and web applications. When you first create a Hilltop layer, LocalMaps also creates a new folder in your ArcGIS Online or Portal Organisation called “Hilltop”. Any new Hilltop layers you create through the LocalMaps administration page will be indexed here. These can then be added to a webmap and subsequent Web Application if desired.
