Workflow 5 widget

Organisations using the Geocortex Workflow 5 by Latitude Geographics have the option to run Workflows from within the LocalMaps Viewer. Geocortex Workflow 5 is a solution offering that provides an easy way to automate business processes. These can then be used in web mapping applications like Esri Web AppBuilder or LocalMaps. 

Geocortex Workflows are created using the Workflow 5 Designer and can be use to complete a variety of tasks specific to your organisation. For example, you could build a workflow that walks through completing a form or you could create a workflow that gets information about the geology and nearby features of a survey location specified by the user.

To use a Geocortex Workflow 5 in the LocalMaps Viewer, your LocalMaps Administrator must enable it for the desired map. 

Use the Workflow 5 widget

1. Click on the Workflow widget.

2. Follow instructions in pre-configured workflow. Enter parameters if necessary. 

3. Click X to close the Workflow widget.
