Draw/Measure
The Draw / Measure feature allows you to create graphics that display on the map. It can optionally add various measurement options to the feature as text.
Draw/Measure enables end users to draw simple graphics and text that can be displayed on the map. It also displays some measurements (if enabled by the end user) for drawn features such as Coordinates for Pinpoint. Total Length, Segment Length, and Bearings for the Lines feature. Segments Length, Bearings, Area, and Perimeter for Polygon. Area, Perimeter, Height, and Width for the Square feature. Area Perimeter, Diameter, and Radius for Circle.
When the Widget initially opens, a dialog box appears that contains 9 feature creation tools. From top to bottom, they are as follows.

Use the Draw / Measure
To get started with the Draw tool, complete the following steps:
Click the Symbol type to select the drawing mode.
The tab will then expand and present 3 different headers which you can enable or disable the headers are Snapping Options, Measurements, and Symbol Style.
The Snapping Options tab when expanded will then split into two different sections which are Snapping Options and Snapping Layers. For Snapping Options it gives you three options to that you can Enable they are as follows, Enable Snapping, Geometry guides, and Feature to Feature. For Snapping layers you are able to enable be able to snap to Measurements, Drawings, and other layers that are available.
The Measurement tab when expanded will present options that are appropriate for that option. Depending on the symbol chosen, different measurement choices will appear.

5. The Symbol Style tab is where you can change and adjust the symbology of your graphic.
For Point symbols, you can change the Current Symbol, adjust the Size, Color and also change the Rotation of the symbol.
For Line symbols, you can change the Current Symbol, adjust the Size, Color and also change the Rotation of the symbol.
For Polygon, Square, and Circle, you can change the Current Symbol, can change the Fill Color and Outline Color, as well as being able to adjust the Fill Transparency, the Outline Transparency, and Outline Width. Can also change the Outline Pattern.
For Text, you can add text in the Content section, you can change the Font as well as applying Bold, Italics, and Underline. you can also adjust the font size and the font color. As well as also enabling a Halo and changing the color and size to that.
6. Once drawn you can then click Select Features where you move, rotate, scale or delete a graphic.
7. Click the X in the top right of the drawing pane to finish editing and close draw / measure.
