Legend

The Legend widget displays labels and symbols for layers in a map. The legend only displays layers and sublayers that are turned on. When no operational layers are rendered in the map, the Legend widget will say “No Legend”.

The order in which layers appear in the Legend widget corresponds to the layer order in the map. 

Use the Legend Widget

1.  Clicking the Legend widget displays the Legend window.

2. Icons in the list will not show when zoomed out of their visible ranges.

3. Clicking the X in the upper right corner of the Legend window closes it.
